Empower Her Mood with Movement Project recognises that movement is more than exercise, it is a powerful tool for confidence, connection and mental health.
For women navigating hormonal changes, mood fluctuations, sleep disruption, weight changes, and reduced confidence, the right kind of physical activity can be transformative.
What the session is
A weekly exercise class combined with culturally informed women’s health education. Push limits. Break barriers. Become stronger.

- Every Friday, 6:00pm to 8:00pm
- Jubilee Crescent Community Centre, Jubilee Crescent, Coventry CV6 3EX
- Open to all women
- Wear comfortable clothing you can move in
